FFCJ Exclusive!

On November 4, 2008, Wallace Jefferson was re-elected Chief Justice of the Texas Supreme Court.

He is one of the most highly regarded jurists in the nation.  In this December 2007 interview, he talks with FFCJ's Kristyn Shayon about the role of the judiciary and the Supreme Court.  He discusses how Justices approach the research and analysis of cases that come before the Court and what thought process goes into the final opinion.
