ATRA Releases "Judicial Hellholes 2006"

December 2006

Tiger Joyce, President, American Tort Reform Association, joins us to talk about the fifth annual Judicial Hellholes report released by the American Tort Reform Foundation in early December. The report names the entire state of West Virginia, South Florida, Southeast Texas and three notoriously plaintiff-friendly counties in Illinois.
