liability crisis is getting worse in some states, like
Pennsylvania; while other states, such as Texas and Mississippi,
have enacted liability reforms that are bringing doctors back to
their health care systems in record numbers.

your state legislators and ask them when they will follow the
lead of Texas, Mississippi and other states to end the crisis in
Pennsylvania. Our families, friends and employees in
Pennsylvania need and deserve high quality health care, not
legislators that place the priorities of the personal injury
lobby ahead of the well being of expectant mothers and their
babies.
