Lester Brickman Biography

Lester Brickman is a professor of law at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University. His areas of expertise include administrative alternatives to mass tort litigation, asbestos litigation, and contingency fee abuses and reform. Professor Brickman has written extensively on these and other topics, he has testified at congressional hearings, and he is widely quoted in the press.
