2011 Wacky Warning Labels Contest Finalists!

The finalists have been selected – and they're crazier than ever!  The 14th annual Wacky Warning Labels™ Contest, which reaches tens of millions of Americans each year, entertains and alarms the nation about the lawsuit-happy culture and the lengths to which companies must go to avoid lawsuits.

The three national winners will be chosen in mid-June and the people who nominated the winning labels will receive cash prizes.  Let us know your favorites in our flash poll – vote below!  Just click on the email link and hit "send" and your choice will be sent off to Bob Dorigo Jones, CFA Senior Fellow and contest creator.

Concealed Gun Carry Case

Even though the product is clearly called a “Concealed Carry Case” in the ad, the company might find itself in the crosshairs of personal injury lawyers if it doesn't provide a warning like this that while it is made to look like a typical daily planner, it really isn't one!
